CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, trading as CMS, provides clients with specialist, business-focused advice in law and tax matters. CMS began using CAFM Explorer in 2009, their initial requirements being Planned Maintenance (PPM) scheduling and Help Desk functionality. In addition, Asset Tracking was also of high importance to CMS, enabling the facilities team to have quick access to in-depth asset data, increased service efficiency with assets linked to contracts and a reduced risk of non-compliance with requirements scheduled against assets.

In early 2015 CMS upgraded to CAFM 9 and began using CAFM Engineer to efficiently manage work orders and contractors via their mobile devices.

Part of the upgrade work carried out by CAFM Explorer's professional services team included an additional asset import project. The flexibility of the CAFM Explorer software and the development team means that clients can request additional functionality to suit their own particular needs and processes.
