The Future of Property and Estates Conference and Exhibition, 2015, will be looking at the future rationalisation and transformation of the property and estate of an organisation. As well as exhibiting at the event, Idox will be providing best practice case studies that deliver practical insights into effective methods for securing cost reductions and modernising public sector workplaces. These case studies will feature:

  • The University of Salford's use of CAFM Explorer, looking how the University utilises CAFM Explorer to manage their facility extensive and expanding facility. Including planned and reactive maintenance of assets in over 30 buildings across the campus, and how the system has been an integral part of the university's strategic expansion plans.
  • The implementation of Essex Property Asset Map (EPAM), an Idox hosted, publicly available mapping solution operated by The Essex Property Group (EPG). EPG is a partnership of Essex public sector organisations that required a shared, location based, property resource to support greater collaboration in the management and use of property assets between the partners. Idox proposed and delivered a hosted map based service solution based on Esri's ArcGIS Online technology and designed to provide extensive property based asset information to all EPG members.

Representatives from Idox will be available throughout the day to answer questions on either solution.
