on-screen alerts, filters and document management
techniques through to a closed status. With
graphical views and slick asset links it

performance against SLAs effectively and efficiently.
For your contractors work orders can be
automatically faxed or emailed from CAFM
EXPLORER to their recipient and returned
validated and closed automatically. All
designed
to manage your contractor SLA’s and
make efficiencies and cost savings.
For Companies with multiple locations
and/or Help Desks the system can assign
calls to other Help Desks, roll up data
regionally and/or globally and enforce
the necessary levels of security needed

PPM Software (Pre-Planned Maintenance)
Pre-planned maintenance totally manages the
future maintenance work of one off or reoccurring
tasks such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
etc.
The process displays planned events in
a Gantt chart designed to reflect the
information in a virtual schedule that
provides unrivalled speed and performance.
Events or tasks can be assigned to a single
or an unlimited number of assets and moved
interactively on-screen to achieve the ultimate
plan. PPM tasks take advantage of the
same benefits found in a reactive order
in respect of administering, alerts, filters

The PPM Process schedules and automatically
prints work orders, assigns tasks and
assists to maintain assets to their appropriate
service level agreements.
Furthermore the PPM task list is streamlined
to apply similar jobs to an unlimited
number of assets. All other tasks requiring
similar action i.e. printing a work order
instruction and making an assignment,
