For your contractors work orders can be automatically faxed or emailed from CAFM EXPLORER to their recipient and returned validated and closed automatically. All designed to manage your contractor SLA’s and make efficiencies and cost savings.

For Companies with multiple locations and/or Help Desks the system can assign calls to other Help Desks, roll up data regionally and/or globally and enforce the necessary levels of security needed for such a function.

PPM Software (Pre-Planned Maintenance)
