and Mobility
Mobility is achieved with our Intranet and
use of a PDA or other compatible mobile device.
You can use fixed, wireless, VPN, Intranet
connections or host on the Internet via a
secure web site. Intranet has
also been enhanced with a new look and feel
that can now be customised by the user
for easy incorporation into an
existing Intranet site.
Mobile is aimed at
deployment to workers on the move such as
trades people and engineers.

Space
Planning (CAFMCAD)
CAFMCAD forms the bridge between CAFM EXPLORER
and AutoCAD and has been completely reworked
to enhance space planning and recharging.
Changes include a robust two-way communication
with AutoCAD from release 2004 to 2006 so
that modifications to the drawing
automatically update the database and vice
versa. People and furniture can easily be
moved across or between drawings whilst the
system automatically tracks occupied and unoccupied
space and occupants ‘on
the move’.
