CAFM Explorer Facilities Management Software

• A NOW button has been added to enabling users when resolving or completing a Work Order to fill the Work Started and Work Finished date and time fields with the current date/time
• The Res and Fix alerts in the Help Desk grid now work off the Internal Service Level
• The Traffic Light Alert on the Help Desk Details window now works off the Internal Service Level Fix
• The Help Desk Alert Status filter now works with the Internal Service Level Fix
• A Related PPM field has been added to the Help Desk to display the Reference of the PPM that has generated the Work Order
• Easier Call Logging – Functionality to allow users to be able to configure the contents of the Help Desk Details window has been developed. This will allow CAFM Explorer to be set up with a simplified call logging screen if required
  
  

• The Reference of the linked Purchase Order as well as its Description is now displayed on the Costs and Materials tab
• The Practice Code field has been added onto the Help Desk Details window – it is also available in Field Chooser, Email and on standard Work Order Export

• Email functionality has been enhanced so the following fields can be included – FAO Contact Name and Telephone, Delivery Address and Telephone, Special Instructions and Authorised On
• Authorisation functionality has been enhanced so that only People with a sufficient Authorisation Limit are displayed when authorizing a Purchase Order
• PO System Options have been enhanced so that if Enforce PO Authorisation is selected the Authorised By field is automatically made mandatory

• The ability to add Request Notes to a Service or Equipment Request as
  well as Items has been added

• The Person First Name field has been extended from 15 to 30 characters
• The Person Event Log has been enhanced to capture full information regarding changes to the PO Authorisation fields
