SP6 includes additional filters for Work Finished From/To, Internal/External
Assignment and Internal Service Level.
 
 
 
The following additional Work Order mandatory
fields – Minimum Locality Level
and Internal Service Level – have been added to SP6.
       
Additional email notification fields – Location description, Building description,
Logged By name and On Hold Reason – have been added to SP6.
       
In SP6 the Help Desk Field Chooser has been extended to include additional data
fields including Work Order Type, Internal/External Service Level descriptions,
Completion Details, Total Estimated Cost, Total Actual Cost and User Codes.
       
In SP6 the Work Order export option has been extended to include additional data
fields including Total Estimated Cost and Total Actual Cost.
       
Help Desk grid flags to indicate if a Work Order has Notes or Documents attached
have been added to SP6.
       
Functionality to allow a Person search to be completed by keying a Reference
into the Work Order Main Contact field has been added to SP6.
       
SP6 includes the ability to issue Work Order to a default printer linked to a
Trade Code.
       
The ability to define the period a Work Order should be On Hold has been added
to SP6. When a Work Order exceeds its On Hold Until date a Review flag
is displayed in the Help Desk grid.
       
In addition to the existing Reason field an Add Note button has been added onto
the Place on Hold window to allow additional details to be easily recorded.
       
The ability to categorise Notes added onto a Work Order has been included in
SP6.
       
The Work Order Completion Details field has been added onto the Resolve Work
Order window in SP6.
       
Users have the ability to view Documents and Attachments on a completed Work
Order in SP6.
       
In SP6 when copying a Work Order all data fields (except for Notes) are now copied
to the created Work Order.
       
In SP6 when a user selects to Print or Print Preview a Work Order a prompt to
ensure that the Work Order is saved is displayed.
       
The ability to define the Default From Fax Number to be used when issuing Work
Orders has been added to Work Order system options.
       
Asset
Register
SP6 includes additional filters for Serial Number, Condition Code, Under Warranty
and Bookable.
 
 
 
 
Functionality to allow Assets to be added from the Asset Register as well as
from within the Hierarchy tree has been added to SP6.
 
 
 
In SP6 the Asset Register Field Chooser has been extended to include additional
data fields including Condition Code, Condition Date, Purchase Order and
Purchase Value.
 
 
 
   
 
 
 
 
PPM  
SP6 includes additional filters for Associated Property, Property Type, With
Assets, With Properties and Internal/External Assignment.
 
 
 
 
Functionality to allow PPM Schedules to be assigned has been provided in SP6.
 
 
 
In SP6 the PPM Field Chooser has been extended to include additional data fields
including Work Order Type, Work Order Group, Building, Floor, Zone, Space
and User Codes.
 
 
 
People  
SP6 includes additional filters for Department, Personnel Grade Code and Show
Internal People only.
 
 
 
 
In SP6 the People Field Chooser has been extended to include additional data
fields including Job Title, Network User Name, Personnel Grade Code and
Reports To.
 
 
 
 
Document
Cabinet 
In SP6 the Document Cabinet Field Chooser has been extended to include User Code
fields.
 
 
 
 
Service
Providers
In SP6 the Service Provider Field Chooser has been extended
to include additional data fields including Company Type/Profession, Service
Description, Company
and VAT Registration Numbers, H&S and CIS information and User Code
fields.
 
 
 
 
SP6 includes additional filters for Company Type/Profession and Service Description.
 
 
 
Purchase
Orders & Invoices
In SP6 the Purchase Order Field Chooser has been extended to include additional
data fields including Purchase Order Type and User Code fields.
 
 
 
 
The ability to configure the email notification message sent with an attached
Purchase Order has been added to SP6.
 
 
 
 
In SP6 the Invoice/Credit Note Field Chooser has been extended to include additional
data fields including Authorised By, Date Paid, Purchase Order description
and User Code fields.
 
 
 
 
In SP6 when an Invoice exceeds the value of the matched Purchase Order the amount
is highlighted in red.
 
 
 
In SP6 if a duplicate Invoice Number is entered for the same Service Provider
an immediate alert is displayed to warn the user.
 
 
 
 
Budgets,
Contracts & Projects
In SP6 the Budget and Contract Field Chooser has been extended to include additional
data fields including Budget Code and User Code fields.
 
 
 
 
In SP6 the Project Field Chooser has been extended to include additional
data fields including Budget Code, Department, Target Start/End Dates,
Percentage Complete, Project Manager, Project Code, Comment and User Code
fields.
 
 
 
 
Functionality to allow newly created BCPs to be available in the Charge To lookup
for existing Purchase Orders, Invoices and Credit Notes has been provided
in SP6.
 
 
 
Stock
Control
In SP6 the Stock Field Chooser has been extended to include additional data fields
including Tax Code, Additional Charge and User Code fields.
 
 
 
When adding Stock onto a Work Order any tax and/or additional charges that have
been setup can be automatically calculated in SP6.
 
 
 
 
Room
Booker
In SP6 the Room Booking Reference is now auto-generated and unique across all
Locations.
 
 
 
 
Additional email notification fields – Hosted By Name, Email Address and Telephone
Number – have been added to SP6.

     
In SP6 the Room Booker export option has been extended to include additional
data fields including Hosted By and Is Confirmed.

     
In SP6 the Room Booker Field Chooser has been extended to include additional
data fields including Hosted By Name, Email Address and Telephone Number.
       
In SP6 the rules regarding confirmed and provisional bookings have
been enhanced to ensure that it is not possible to create a provisional
booking which clashes with an existing confirmed booking. Confirmed bookings
which clash with an existing provisional booking can be created but a warning
message is displayed to the user.
     
Standard
Work Orders
Additional fields including H&S Issue can be defined
for a Standard Work Order in SP6.
 
 
 
 
In SP6 the Standard Work Order Field Chooser has been extended to include additional
data fields including Work Order Type, Work Order Group, Internal and External
Service Levels and User Code fields.
       
Reference
Data
The ability to hide and unhide Business Roles has been added to SP6.
       
A new Catalogue Type field has been added to SP6 to allow users to categorise
catalogues and parts.
       
The ability to hide Parts within a Catalogue has been added to SP6.
       
In SP6 the Hierarchy tree has been extended to include all reference data objects.
       
Add New/Refresh List functionality has been added to allow
new reference data to be added ‘on the fly’
       
Other
In SP6 the Associations tab has been enhanced to only show objects associated
with the specified locality level.
       
In SP6 the Event Log has been enhanced to show additional information when a
user Hides or Unhides a data object.
       
Asset import functionality has been enhanced to allow the deletion of all Asset
Types.
       
CAFM
NET
A Help Desk grid flag to indicate if a Work Order has Notes attached has been
added to SP6 CAFM Net.
       
The ability to define the period a Work Order should be On Hold has been added
to SP6 CAFM Net Contractor Access. When a Work Order exceeds its On Hold
Until date a Review flag is displayed in the Help Desk grid.
       
In addition to the existing Reason field an Add Note button has been added onto
the CAFM Net Contractor Access Place on Hold window to allow additional
details to be easily recorded.
       
The Help Desk Advanced role has been enhanced to allow the ability to add assets
to a Work Order.
       
The ability to activate the Print button in CAFM Net Help Desk has been provided.
       
Installation
 When upgrading using Easy Install the Datastores configuration
file is now saved.
       
 Functionality to display the version of DLL files has
been introduced.
       
 In SP6 User Option settings are saved in the CAFM Explorer
database.
       
Reporting
 In SP6 the Report Explorer folder structure has been
enhanced to allow Sub Groups to be displayed below existing Groups.
       
The Work Order On Hold report has been enhanced to include the new On Hold Until
functionality.
       
The Work Orders Detail report has been enhanced to included
additional parameters – Notes Y/N and Note Type – to enable the report
to be generated with or without Notes or with specific Note categories.
       
The Work Orders Summary report has been enhanced to include
additional parameters – Notes Y/N and Note Type.
       
In SP6 additional fields have been made available for room booking reports.
       
In SP6 additional fields have been made available for PPM reports.
       
The Report Scheduler functionality has been extended to allow the generation
of single occurrence schedules in SP6.
       
A number of standard reports have been enhanced to include consistent terminology,
additional parameters (including multi-select), totals and sub-totals.
       
The Standard Exports have been updated to provide the ability to exclude hidden
records.
