  • Automatic job creation and instant distribution of Work Orders to appropriate Engineers.
  • Ability to update and complete Work Orders whilst Engineers on site.
  • Track costs of time, travel and stock assigned to each job.
  • Improvement of service levels by reducing work load duplication for Engineers.
  • Data is protected on a User basis, through system log-on and password.
  • Record relevant work information such as temperatures, readings etc.
  • Capture notes of work carried out and reasons for breakdown.
