The Knowledge Centre is a new and innovative service which provides the opportunity to view a huge range of short tips and tricks video tutorials we call TTV’s.
There are approximately 20 TTV’s available and the Knowledge Centre will be updated with new TTV’s on a regular basis as new video tutorials are created, making sure there is always a subject that will benefit everyone.
TTV’s are not designed to replace core training of CAFM Explorer apps in fact these key tips and tricks will be more likely to help you focus on your training needs. They will give an insight into how you can improve management information, step up productivity and enhance your own and your team’s knowledge.
TTV’s are like mini training tutorials on areas that have been preselected to tease out more efficiency and productivity and generally include subjects that are deep in the core of CAFM Explorer and usually only touched on in main training. For example automating your processes, improving service levels, mitigating risk and reducing your operating costs. There will also be TTV’s to assist you when upgrading to any new upcoming release of CAFM Explorer.
When you visit our Knowledge Centre you can view all the TTV’s available. You can easily select and preview the TTV’s by watching the first 30 seconds and, with your pre purchased credits, simply click to watch and download the TTV’s of your choice.……it couldn’t be easier.
