Following a competitive procurement process in 2017, the Royal College of Music (RCM) has now rolled out CAFM Explorer to streamline the management of its operations and ensure the safety of its facilities for the hundreds of students and staff visiting every day.
The award-winning software is being used successfully to manage all aspects of RCM’s estate including planned and reactive maintenance, with the team better able to schedule, monitor and review work orders via the solution’s Help Desk functionality.
RCM’s adoption enhances CAFM Explorer’s support across the education sector, with several institutions – including Oldham College, Yeovil College and the University of The Bahamas – already experiencing time and efficiency savings following the solution’s rollout.
