Having selected CAFM Explorer to streamline its facilities management offering, leading Property Services company RFM Group has reported significant benefits following the system’s implementation.
Supporting commercial and professional services organisations across the UK, the Group sought to move away from a manual, paper-based approach to one central facilities management system that could offer the holistic view and functionality needed to meet the demands of its diverse customer base.
CAFM Explorer now handles all planned and preventative maintenance (PPM), offers improved operational visibility across all FM activity and provides enhanced transparency through instant reporting. The Group’s FM service offering is also set to be expanded with functionality such as Asset Management providing the tools needed to audit, manage and oversee asset registers.
