Providing an up-to-date view for efficient cost and stock control

CAFM Explorer’s Stock Control module allows you to efficiently manage stock, providing a detailed breakdown of stock levels and current value. Integrating with the Purchasing application, stock levels are automatically updated once orders are placed.

Stock Control also integrates with the Help Desk to allow stock items to be assigned and contribute to the true allocation of costs within facilities.

  • Alerts and reporting of stock below required levels
  • Automatic ‘First In, First Out’ (FIFO) stock allocation
  • Tracking of multi-level stock bins
  • Holds full stock item detail including preferred supplier, last supplier, last price paid, bin location, reorder quantity, restock level and part number
  • Detailed supply and issue history for stock items
  • Integration with Purchasing module to reorder stock items
